Snapdragon X65, with a downlink rate of 10Gbps, is a new generation of 5g modem for Qualcomm

Almost a year after snapdragon X60 was launched, Qualcomm tonight brought a new generation of 5g modem chip snapdragon X65. This modem is based on 4nm process, and has an upgradable architecture to meet the needs of expansion and customization in different markets. It has a fourth generation qtm545 millimeter wave antenna module with the same size as the previous generation, which supports higher transmission power and is suitable for global millimeter wave band including n259 (41ghz) and sub-6ghz 5g, FDD and TDD networks.

The peak theoretical download speed of this modem can reach 10Gbps. It also has the features of dual card vonr, dual carrier aggregation, powersave 2.0, smart transmit 2.0, etc. In addition, it is the first modem and RF system conforming to 3GPP release 16 specification. It is worth mentioning that along with the launch of snapdragon X65, Qualcomm also brought another "widely available" product X62. Its main features are similar to X65, but the highest download speed is only 4.4gbps, which can be regarded as a compact version.
