Motorola edge s launches snapdragon 870

 Motorola's new edge s, which had already confirmed its starting position when Qualcomm announced snapdragon 870, finally made its debut tonight. In terms of appearance, the model is similar to the Motorola one 5g released last summer. The front uses an OLED screen with two holes in the upper left corner, and the rear camera area is also surrounded by four big holes in the rounded rectangle, but the position of the bar flash is moved from the right to the bottom of the lens. The fingerprint module has 3.5mm headphone holes on the side, and the thickness and weight of the plastic body are 9.69mm and 215g.



The LCD screen size of edge s is the same as that of one 5g, which is 6.7 inches. The resolution is FHD +, the ratio is 21:9, and the update rate is 90hz. It also supports dci-p3 gamut and hdr10. It also uses a 5000 MAH battery of the same size to support 20W cable charging. The self camera hidden in the opening of edge s screen also adopts the combination of 16mp main camera and 8mp ultra wide angle as before. Interestingly, this time, the front camera also has the ability to measure heart rate in 15 seconds.


The back three camera is composed of 64mp main camera, 16mp ultra wide angle, 2MP depth of field camera, and a TOF. The ultra wide angle end can take the latest 2.8cm macro shot, and the lens also inherits the ring flash next to the one 5g macro camera. Motorola edge s will offer 6GB ram plus 128GB storage, 8 + 128 and 8 + 256 models at the price of RMB 1999, 2399 and 2799 respectively. It will take the lead in opening pre-sale in mainland China tonight.
