Google one subscriptions can now be backed up automatically

Although you can back up most of your data from Android smartphones, if you are a Google one subscriber, Google will provide you with a better service: automatic and full backup. In this way, you can do your daily work to ensure that even if your phone is lost or stolen or someone spills coffee on your coffee, you can still retrieve all (or almost all) content and restore it to your new Android phone, which you will eventually buy.

This automatic backup actually takes advantage of the standard Android backup, which includes your text, contacts, and applications that have been saved to the cloud. If you are a Google one subscriber, your photos, videos and MMS will also be backed up to your cloud, which will be included when you restore the whole phone to a new one. Even better, they will be backed up and restored in their original quality so that you can appreciate them in the way they were originally used or received.

Moreover, because Google one subscription comes with additional cloud storage, you don't have to worry that the backup is not suitable for your storage. The subscription service, launched last year, allows you to get more storage space and allocate it to your family or several members of your family or up to five people. This new automatic backup will apply to all users using the same account.
