Samsung Galaxy S21 is released earlier than you would have imagined

Samsung follows the tradition of launching its flagship S-Series smartphones in February. Now, according to a new report, Korean brands are expected to launch their next-generation Galaxy S21 series on January 14, which seems to be earlier than usual. The message comes from Jon Prosser, the technical pusher.

Prosser also revealed in his tweet that the galaxy S21 series will be announced and pre ordered on the same date (January 14) and will start shipping in two weeks from January 29. The upcoming Galaxy S21 series will also be available in black, white, grey, silver, purple and pink.

The upcoming Galaxy S21 portfolio will include the standard Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 + and Galaxy S21 Ultra. Samsung has started mass production of the S21 series at factories in Vietnam, South Korea, Indonesia and Brazil, according to reports. There are also rumors that Samsung will follow Apple's lead and abandon the built-in charger and headset of the galaxy S21.

Based on CAD based renderings, Galaxy S21 and S21 ultra will retain the infinity-o AMOLED displays from their predecessors and the integrated fingerprint scanners from their predecessors. The former will have a flat screen and the latter will have curved edges.

The renderings show redesigned camera modules on two smartphones that project from the side of the frame. The standard Galaxy S21 has three cameras, while the S21 ultra has a four camera setting. The latter is expected to be equipped with a 108mp main camera with two telephoto or periscope sensors.
