Apple internal files suggest that the green screen problem of iPhone 12 should be solved by system update

Just like the iPhone 11 series launched last year, when the iPhone 12 series went on sale earlier, users began to post in the discussion area, saying that their mobile phone screen would turn green, gray or flicker when it was dimmed. The problems include all four iPhone 12 models, and some users say that even if the true tone function is turned off, there is no improvement.

Macrumors claimed to have obtained internal documents sent by apple to the service provider. Apple said it had learned about the problem with the iPhone 12 screen and had launched an investigation. Apple advised maintenance personnel not to repair the affected iPhone at this stage, but also reminded them to ask users to keep the phone and upgrade to the latest system version. The problem with the iPhone 11 screen was later resolved in IOS 13.6.1. I believe Apple intends to follow suit and fix it through system upgrade.
