Amazon added $90 echoshow 5 to its Alexa line
If you're buying smart speakers, there are already many echo devices to choose from, but that doesn't stop Amazon from producing new speakers. The latest product is echo show 5, which is a cheaper option for Alexa fans who like voice assistant's smart display.
Amazon seems to have skipped the third and fourth editions. The second generation echo display ($149.99 Amazon) was released in 2018, but here are five possible echo display size references. The $89.99 Alexa enabled smart speakers feature a 960 x 480 resolution 5.5-inch display, smaller than the 7-inch touch screen of the original screen and the second-generation 10 inch display. There is also a 1mp HD camera, which includes a shutter and an on / off button for the microphone and camera.
Echo show 5 also shows some new software, skills and integration. It has the functions of automatically adjusting the ambient lighting and the new dashboard (attached to all echo show devices) to control all smart home devices, such as adjusting the brightness of intelligent lighting, controlling the thermostat, etc. It also integrates with other devices, such as Arlo baby cameras and two-way calls with a video doorbell from Amazon's ring subsidiary.
