Tesla Model Y Product quality

Chien, an American owner of Tesla Model Y, experienced a thrilling scene earlier. He took his parents to a Tesla dealer in Dublin, California, to collect the brand new Model Y ordered earlier. When he checked the car, he had found that the gaps were uneven, a common minor manufacturing problem in Tesla.

Unexpectedly, shortly after receiving the car, Chien encountered real problems. When he drove a brand new Model Y and took his parents onto Interstate 580, he suddenly heard a lot of wind in the car. He originally thought that a window or door had opened, but 30 seconds later, the entire roof of the glass canopy was blown off by the wind. Fortunately, no one was injured. After the incident, Chien's family called the California Highway Patrol and reported that the highway may have scattered glass roofs.

Chien immediately drove his "open top" Model Y back to the dealership in Dublin. He later received a call from Tesla's after-sales service staff, stating that the incident might be due to a problem with the roof seal, otherwise the workers completely forgot to put the roof on. Seal it. Tesla was willing to provide free repairs and loaned the car to them during the repair, but Chien's family refused and decided to buy other brands of vehicles. Chien said that outsiders might think it was ridiculous, but he was grateful that no one was injured as a result.
