Original accessories suspected of a bug Galaxy Note20 Ultra screen has a burn-in problem
Galaxy Note20 Ultra is currently Samsung's highest-priced non-foldable phone. Even if the price exceeds HK$9,000, it is not a perfect phone for some users. Because of the branding problem on the mobile phone screens of this batch of "sufferers", it is suspected to be related to the use of original S-View Flip Cover accessories.
After an AMOLED display is used for a long period of time, it is more prone to burn-in problems, and the problem will appear earlier in low-quality panels. With the positioning of the Galaxy Note20 Ultra, it is unlikely to use inferior panels. However, some users have encountered branding problems soon after using the mobile phone. They all use the original S-View Flip Cover, and the branding position is exactly on the right side of the screen, which is the same as the transparent window of the S-View Flip Cover.
The cause of the screen burn-in is unknown, but the website Android Police is estimated to be related to a bug. After using the S-View Flip Cover, this part of the screen has been on. Some users stated that the problem was resolved after switching to other protective cases, and Samsung did not respond to the incident temporarily.
